The South West Arts-workers Network (SWAN) is an informal group made up of people working in the arts in the community of the South West region of Victoria.  SWAN was formed in 2007 through a need to provide an opportunity for arts workers to share initiatives, collaborate, support a wider vision for arts in the region and keep the community better informed through this.

The South West Artist Register is the first collaborative project initiated by the SWAN, and exists to connect artists across the region. This project is in partnership with and linked to the F Project, an artist run initiative in the south west.
